Ladies
and Gentlemen
The First Annual Midland Buttertart Festival is now a
delicious memory. A fabulous day of
street fun, our “Buttertart Princess”, buskers, sidewalk sales and of course
the Buttertart contest. Being a judge was
a dream assignment but by the time I had sampled my 30th buttertart,
I was waiting a bit longer between bites. First place went to Nancy Dillon of Barrie.
Elaine from our own Lady Bug Café came in second – the best buttertarts in
Midland.
